Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number so you are able to track your package!
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to process an exchange for you or offer merchandise credit.
Returns must be received free of makeup, perfume, deodorant, unwashed, unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags still attached
All bodysuits, accessories, shoes, sale items, and intimates are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return.
Any items returned with stains, damages or without a tag will not be processed and your package will be sent back to you.

Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise or may not be returned. Notification past the 3 day return window will make your items inelgible for a full refund
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed/mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for shipping errors and highly suggest using a traceable shipping service.
Where do we ship to?
For the time being we are only able to ship within the United States. We hope to one day branch out!
